Job description:

We need a seasonal worker on a cattle and sheep farm owned by Torgeir Bjørnset with mountain pastures as well as home fields. The employment contract will be through the members organization for farm worker hiring, Jølster Landbrukstenester. The contract is for 3 months work with the possibility of a longer period.

Skills/Education, work experience, language, certificate etc.:

It is an advantage if you have agricultural experience, especially with cattle and sheep. There are many manual chores and the work requires good physical health. Women are encouraged to apply. You must be responsible and be able to work independently. You must have a driver’s license.

You must speak a Scandinavian language and / or English. Applicants from outside the EU/EEA countries will not be considered. Only selected candidates will be contacted. We aspire to gender neutrality in agriculture. Women are encouraged to apply.
