We are looking for a Service Coordinator for our Marine & Offshore Business Unit for the summer season 2018.

As a Service Sales Coordinator your main responsibilities are coordination of service calls, including task scheduling, travel arrangements, service visit quotation preparation and order processing in an international customer interface for a defined Marine customer group. You, as an ideal candidate have an active, customer oriented service attitude. You will enjoy working in a team environment and also have an ability to think and act independently and take initiative when required.

The successful applicant also shows commitment in growing our after sales business and is comfortable with working in an international business environment.

We expect: Minimum of one year BSc studies in the field of Economics, Business or Logistics  Minimum of one year experience in customer service or coordination  Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written  Sales and customer oriented attitude  Ability to work systematically with multiple tasks at the same time  Good prioritization skills in a fast changing environment with tight deadlines  Open mind and eagerness to learn  Common sense We also value: Work experience in the marine industry  Experience in international B2B atmosphere  Language skills (Spanish, Italian, French) We offer you a dynamic and internationally oriented work environment in a company with high technology products and a strong growth strategy.
