Located inside the hotel, and after having gone through a re-concepting, the restaurant is now looking for a chef with creativity and leadership skills to bring the restaurant to the next level.
Located inside First Hotel Grims Grenka, Oslo’s first design hotel, Madu is a contemporary restaurant, which ambitions to position itself among Oslo’s best restaurants, by offering a modern twisted version of comfort food. The location is key, due to the closeness to many of Oslo’s most interesting attractions, like the opera house, museums, waterfront, fortress, etc, in a district that is currently the center of attention for designer brands and young entrepreneurs.
Our future Head chef will lead the restaurant, while having a clear overview of the breakfast operation, room service, and during the summers, the food operation carried out for Q lounge, Grims Grenka’s trendy rooftop bar, which is a unique gem downtown Oslo. This are some of the requirements and qualities we are looking for: -Culinary degree -At least 5 years of experience in similar establishments-Good level of English/Norwegian -Hard worker -Ambitious -Good leadership skills-Team player -Responsible -Creative -Tidy -Organised -Possesses knowledge on HACCP -Possesses informatics knowledge
