Chef for Summer Season in Sweden
About us: The restaurant is located on Öland, a unique island on the south east coast of Sweden. The Island has a very particular nature, a UNESCO World heritage, which attracts a lot of tourists during summer season. The restaurant is next to the most famous building on the Island, located at the outskirts of the main city Borgholm.
This summer the restaurant will operate under new management and under a new name and recruitment for summer season 2018 is ongoing. Join our fantasic team and take part in operating the restaurant which also attracts guests interested in coffee and ice cream. A lot of visitors come to see the monumental building which is next to the restaurant and the place also hosts concerts from the most famous Swedish artists during summer.

About you You have a passion for food and cooking and you have a sense for details and care for quality all through from raw ingredience to how food is presented on a plate.
You like to work under own responsiblity as well as in a team. You act without prestige and are willing to do different tasks depending on the needs. You have minimum 2-3 years of expirence from a la carte cooking. Profile Minimum 3 years experience from a position as Head Chef , Sous Chef or Chef. Experience from work in a Nordic country is a great advantage. You speak very good English. Other The position is a temporary for approxiamtely 4 months. Starting date and conditions to be discussed.
