Our future chef will be a strong part of the restaurant team, and during the summers, operating in the food operation on the rooftop bar called Q lounge, located on the top floor of the hotel, which is a unique gem downtown Oslo. Located inside First Hotel Grims Grenka, Oslo’s first design hotel, Madu is a contemporary restaurant, which ambitions to reach a top position among Oslo’s best restaurants, but offering comfort and down-to-earth food offer and service.
The location is key, due to the closeness to many of Oslo’s most interesting attractions, like the opera house, museums, waterfront and fortress, etc, in a district that more and more is becoming the new up and coming place to be, attracting designer brands, and young entrepreneurs.
