Fugl Fønix Hotel is an urban oasis on the countryside focused on local food, art, events and concerts. We are a bunch of creative people who have chosen to go an unconventional way in the hotel and hospitality operations and has great involvement in our work.
We have great interest in food and service and are trying to create a casual atmosphere at the hotel where guests feel at home and are well taken care of. We also have our own pub breweryThe job can be yours if you meet the following criteria: Minimum 2 years experience. Outgoing and positive attitude to life.
Ready to provide good service, able to work independently and in teams. Tackling a sometimes busy day at work. Good hygiene, efficiency in your work and good knowledge of food. You have a great interest in food, relevant education and training or experience in the field. You will also be responsible for 1 apprentice in the kitchen. English as a minimum reagarding language in the kitchen/hotel.
